These General Contracting Conditions govern the purchase of products through the Website www.ninomanuel.es hereinafter, "the Website". By accepting these General Contracting Conditions, the User declares:

That you have read and understood what is stated here.
That he is a person with sufficient capacity to contract.
That it assumes all the obligations set forth herein.
That he has the legal age of majority (18 years) to acquire the products offered therein.

Before making a purchase, the customer acknowledges knowing and accepting the conditions of sale by clicking on the button "I accept the conditions of sale", which are the following:

1. Warranty:

Niño Manuel only produces top quality Iberian ham. However, if you or the recipient of your gift are not satisfied with our product, we will replace the part or refund your money.

To do this, you must keep in mind the following details:

- Keep the original packaging.
- Notify the incident within a maximum period of 15 days.
- Not having consumed more than 15% of the original weight of the product.

2. Prices:

The prices listed on this website are expressed in euros and with all current taxes included. Therefore they are final prices and will only be increased, in the purchase process, by the transportation costs that correspond to each destination. European Union, Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla (VAT).

Orders from the European Union by companies that are registered in the registry of intra-community operators will be discounted the current VAT.

Orders invoiced to the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla will have the current VAT deducted. This deduction will be made automatically on our website, at the end of the purchase process.

The tariffs, customs clearances, costs and local taxes of countries or communities will be paid at destination by the client, if any, according to the local legislation of each area.


3. Shipping:

All our products are sent through a transport company specialized in food products. The shipment includes insurance against guarantees against loss or theft and guarantees delivery in optimal conditions.

A preferential delivery time is indicated (mornings, afternoons, business hours ...). However, this information will help, although it is not binding on the transport company, its compliance being conditioned on the organization of the route in your area. If it is not found, the carrier will contact the customer to arrange the delivery.

Delivery times may change verses at specific times such as Christmas or Easter due to saturation of agencies.

The delivery times listed in the table are expressed in business days from the confirmation of payment of the order in our bank account.

Shipping costs appear when processing the order and will always be charged unless the purchase exceeds € 70 and shipping by sea within the peninsula.

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY PROCEDURE.

Once the order amount has been received in our bank account, the notification is sent from the factory, notifying the customer by email of the order's departure. During transport the shipment is insured.

Upon arrival at the destination, the carrier, reach delivery at the address indicated. If it is not found, they will call or leave a note to arrange delivery.

4. Shipping Costs:

To determine the weight of the order, in products whose weights are expressed with a minimum and maximum band, the intermediate value of said band will be used. For example:

Weight: 7.5 / 8 kg. (Strip 0.5 kg.)

Value taken to calculate the weight of the order: 7,750 kg.

In addition, the weight of the packaging will be taken into account, which represents an increase of 10% over the sum of the weights of all the products that make up the order.

5. Payment Method:

Niño Manuel offers its clients various forms of payment in order to select the one that best suits each case.


- Card: It is the fastest and most comfortable way to pay your order. Our online store accepts the vast majority of types of cards on the market.

The payment system takes place under a payment gateway on a secure server of the credit institution. The secure payment system with identity authentication for online purchases and SSL (Secure Socket Layer) security protocols guarantee the secure transmission of the entire process.

Once the products have been selected, our website will send you to the server of the financial institution where you will process the payment. - Cash on delivery (+ 3%): You can also make the payment upon receipt of the merchandise at your home using the Cash on Delivery method. This option is only available for orders with a peninsular destination, and has an increase of 3% for the management of the collection on the final amount of the order (products plus transport costs).

This option is not available for shipments to countries of the European Union, the Balearic Islands, the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla.

6. Invoice:

All orders are backed by their corresponding invoice, which details the products served. Said invoice will be sent by email to the E-Mail address provided in the billing section. In this way, if the order is for a gift, the beneficiary will only receive a document with the list of products without prices.

7. Weights:

The oscillations that may occur in the weight of our products will always be in favor of the customer, since the price of the pieces has been calculated based on the lower weight offered. For example, in a ham from 7.5 to 8 Kg., The price of the piece is being charged 7.5 Kg., But it can weigh up to half a kilogram more (8 Kg.), And never less than 7 , 5 Kg.
